First, guitarist Brian "Head" Welch gets one and then Fieldy is all like, sure, I'll get one too and he got this tribute to Jesus:

So, I guess Fiedly is a fan of symmetry because he tweeted that he got ANOTHER face tattoo, presumably on the other side of his face:

So Jesus on one side, and Love in Hebrew on the other. The man loves religion!
