Ozzy Osbourne will be inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame later this year. Osbourne will be inducted alongside the following Class Of 2024, which includes:
- Foreigner
- A Tribe Called Quest
- Cher
- Mary J. Blige
- Dave Matthews Band
- Peter Frampton
- Kool & The Gang
This year's nominees were a little light on the metal, with Osbourne being the only heavier act up for induction. other nominees for 2024 that didn't make the cut included:
- Mariah Carey
- Eric B. & Rakim
- Jane’s Addiction
- Lenny Kravitz
- Oasis
- Sinéad O’Connor
- Sade
The Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame induction ceremony will take place on October 19 at the Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse in Cleveland, OH. This is also not Osbourne's first time being inducted into the hall, as Black Sabbath – Geezer Butler, Tony Iommi, Ozzy Osbourne, and Bill Ward – were inducted in 2006.
