Soul Sucka it ain't. And that's a good thing! The album will simply be called "Scream." Not completely terrible. The first single, "Let Me Hear You Scream" will premiere during an episode of CSI: NY on April 14th on CBS. This is certainly a unique way to debut a single. Not many metal acts can get a network TV premiere, but Ozzy, having the name he has, can do it. When asked what fans can expect, Ozzy gave the traditional "heaviest shit ever" response:
"It's very heavy. It's a cross between — it's kind of like a SABBATH/Ozzy album, you know. It's kind of, it wasn't meant to, I didn't plan on doing it but that's the way it unfolded. A lot of it's very, very heavy. I just hope people like it. I love it."
We will eagerly be waiting. As for Ozzfest, his namesake festival, we still haven't heard any bands come up. After speaking to a reliable source off the record though, we have heard they have had some troubles securing bands. So, who knows if it's still happening.
