LA street performer and drummer Sheriff Drumman was robbed of his truck and drums last December. Drumman's truck was eventually returned, but the drums were lost. Metallica caught wind of Drumman's situation and gifted him an entirely new drum set, saying they were simply "honored to be able to help out a fellow artist."
"Man, thank you guys so much," added Drumman via NBC Los Angeles. "Thank you for taking the time and the resources to support and help what I do. I love you for that."
