Scientists Discover The Heaviest Metal Ever, Whole Genre Considers Quitting

Pack up your instruments, folks! It's over.

Pack up your instruments, folks! It's over.

After months of listening to all the metal the world has to offer, scientists have concluded that they don't care and have requested I "turn that damn radio off" and to leave them alone so they can continue working. Shows how much they know about good music, right? What said research has actually shown is that there is a newest "heavy metal" called ununseptium, which is the heaviest metal ever. That title was originally taken by lead, of which ununseptium outweighs by over 40-percent according to Gizmodo.

"While 'created the heaviest metal ever' sounds like a pretty badass accomplishment in itself, the real importance of this discovery is that it furthers our knowledge about an unexplored region of the periodic table. While element 117 decayed almost immediately, it produced isotopes that remained stable for hours. "

I guess we're going to have to start referring to music as "heavier than ununseptium now" and petition Led Zeppelin to change their name. This is going to be a damn nightmare… plus, I think it needs a much more metal name. What about Doomium? Possibly even Strappingyoungladium?
