Hatebreed guitarist and noted Tampa Bay Rays fan "Florida" Frank Novinec had the honor of tossing out the first pitch at his favorite team's game on August 31. The game was a hometown one against the San Diego Padres, where the Rays won 11 to 4. So Novinec was probably thrilled for that too.
"Thanks a million to [the Tampa Bay Rays] for having me throw out the first pitch today," wrote Novinec in an Instagram post. "Words can't describe what an honor and privilege it was."
As for Hatebreed, they're working on a new album and they've got a North American tour coming up with Carcass.
