Victory Records have had their share of controversies over the years, the latest to throw their name in the controversy hat is the hardcore band Hoods.

Hoods' early material was on Victory Records and I guess frontman Mike Hood is still a little upset by it. He penned this somewhat cohesive message on the band's Facebook page:

You have to feel for Hoods, but at the same time, this is the record business. Nobody forced you to sign that crappy contract. As of this writing, Brummel has not responded. We'll keep you posted if he does.
