Dream Theater have had some pretty interesting things going on lately, with the most recent thing being John Petrucci saying modern progressive metal bands influence him. Now we've got Dream Theater being shown in theaters! Weird, but strangely satisfying… will you go?
SpectiCast and Eagle Rock Entertainment have teamed up to take Dream Theater's Live at Luna Park record to theaters come September 19. Whether that means it'll start to be in theaters on that date or if that's the date that they'll begin distributing the film to theaters is unclear. Live at Luna Park took place over the course of two nights of Buenos Aires, Argentena, and is over 160 minutes worth of footage. The set lists for both nights share some songs, but overall cover a really good portion of everything Dream Theater fans would want to hear. I'm excited to hear the concerts if only to know how much better LaBrie is now. Dude just keeps getting better and better! The setlist is as follows:
