He just says he'll be "taking a leave of absence" and will "focus on maintaining [his] several years of sobriety."

In a surprising move last night, Marilyn Manson announced via Twitter that longtime bassist Jeordie "Twiggy Ramirez" White was fired from the band and would be replaced on the upcoming tour. The firing seems to come on the heels of White's ex-girlfriend Jessicka Addams accusing him of abuse and rape during their relationship 20 years ago, though Manson didn't explicitly state that that was the reason.

Now White has responded to the firing, though he hasn't offered much information. White simply states he wishes to spend time with his family, stay sober, and regrettably will not be a part of the coming tour.

I wish to spend this time with my family and focus on maintaining my several years of sobriety. i will be taking a leave of absence from marilyn manson and regrettably will not be performing on the upcoming tour.

White has sporadically been a part of Manson's band over the years, playing bass from 1993 to 2002, 2008 to 2009, and 2014 up until today. White also played lead guitar for Manson between 2009 and 2013.
