However, Bret Michaels collaborated with his daughters Raine and Jorja to record a new version of "Every Rose has its Thorn" for the upcoming Kidz Bop Sings Monster Ballads, which is set for a May 17th release. Michaels plays guitar on the track while his daughters provide the vocals. The Rock of Love star stated:
