ANDREW W.K. Postpones Tour, Deletes All Social Media

No further information is available on what's happening.

ANDREW W.K

Andrew W.K. has disappeared both off the Internet and off the stage. According to MetalSucks, Andrew W.K. originally let fans know via his now-deleted Facebook that he was postponing his 2021 tour to 2022, but would still play Furnace Fest.

"Andrew W.K.’s 2021 tour dates are being rescheduled for 2022. All tickets for 2021 will be honored, and refunds will be available at the point of purchase through September 27th."

Then on September 25, the night before Furnace Fest, Andrew W.K. pulled out. The festival said his cancellation was "due to circumstances beyond our control." As of September 27, Andrew W.K. is off all social media as well. So what's happening here is really anyone's guess, though MetalSucks does also point out that there are rescheduled tour dates listed on Ticketmaster.

It also seems odd that Andrew W.K. would completely disappear right after releasing the new album God Is Partying. Though with the endless conspiracies surrounding the guy over the years, maybe this is all a major publicity thing for the record.
