New WHITECHAPEL Song, "Third Depth," Tastefully Blends Singing with Growling

How will fans react to Whitechapel's evolution of sound?

How will fans react to Whitechapel's evolution of sound?

When Whitechapel released Mark of the Blade in 2016, fans pushed back at the thought of singing on a Whitechapel album. But I feel with the band's new track, "Third Depth," they've found a happy medium of the two vocal styles.

The track will be featured on Whitechapel's new album, The Valley and out on March 29th via Metal Blade Records. Take a listen below.

I'm getting some Alice In Chains vibes from the moodier, doomier parts of the track. Overall, I'm digging the band's continued evolution.

This track follows the release of the song "The Brimstone" a few weeks back. Listen to that here. They released a second, equally heavy single titled "Black Bear."
