Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross recently announced they were hitting the studio to do the soundtrack for an upcoming film called Patriots Day. What you're about to hear is not from that soundtrack, but the soundtrack to the upcoming climate change film called Before The Flood.
What makes the composition extra interesting is that it's not only Reznor and Ross, but composer Gustavo Santaolalla (who you might know from The Last Of Us) and Mogwai! Before The Flood will be in theaters on October 21, followed by a television debut on National Geographic Channel come October 30.
Oh, and this isn't new Nine Inch Nails. Though that seems to be coming sometime soon?
