Avatar just released their new song "God of Sick Dreams" and it's a heavy one! The In Flames-esque guitar harmonies are plentiful, the clean vocals really only show up in the chorus, and there's a "blegh" breakdown in there. It's also a pretty concise track, which works well with the heavier and faster approach Avatar takes.
Avatar will release their new album Hunter Gatherer on August 7. The album was recorded with producer Jay Ruston (Stone Sour, Slipknot, Anthrax) at Sphere Studios in Los Angeles, CA. Pre-order it here.
