Metallica is all over… appearing at baseball stadiums, in ESPN commercials, and even at San Diego Comic Con. Anything to put off working on the new album, I guess? (Yes, I know they released a new song).
Anyway, Kirk Hammett is going to be at the San Diego Comic Con next weekend, in real life and in zombie form. His limited edition action figure will be for sale at the JSR/Nuclear Blast booth (503). Only 300 of these bad boys were ever made and Kirk, himself, will be signing at the booth Friday, July 25th from 1pm-2pm and on Saturday, July 26th from 2pm-3pm.
But he's not done there. Kirk is throwing a Comic Con afterparty Friday, July 25, 2014 with a performance by Exodus and "special guests." Kirk has also promised to get up on stage and jam with Exodus. For more info on the after party and to RSVP, visit Scion AV.
