This past weekend, Metallica made it no secret what they were hinting at: an appearance on Howard Stern's morning SiriusXM show. Today, they confirmed it.
"More exciting news from HQ!" Metallica tweeted. "Tune in to @sternshow on Wednesday for lots of conversation and some morning metal! Listen on @SiriusXM Channel 100 and in the SiriusXM app."
As I mentioned this weekend, Stern is a huge fan of the band, so it should be a revealing interview. No doubt they will discuss the newly announced drive-in show the band is doing at the end of this month.
