I know you were really worried about King 810 – two members of the band, frontman David Gunn and bassist Eugene Gill were arrested recently on assault charges stemming from a fight last year. Just in case you weren't sleeping at night, wondering what the outcome would be, you can rest easy knoing that the charges were dismissed.
The band posted this message on their Facebook page:
The case against David Gunn was just dismissed by the judge.
The case against Gene was bound over to circuit court. Bond was amended for travel.
