Slipknot have teamed up with Des Moines, Iowa haunted house Slaughterhouse for a special Slipknot haunted house event this Halloween season.
The 10,000-square-foot haunt will have 40-50 actors who bring the band's "iconology" to life, memorabilia from the group displayed throughout and meet-and-greet events.
Shawn "Clown" Crahan was at the unveiling and quoted as saying "It's been a long time since we've done anything in Des Moines besides play shows, so we're really happy to do this. It's going to be a lot of fun. It's going to be scary. And it's going to be heavy metal. Art at its most extreme."
The Slipknot haunted house runs October 5-28. VIP packages have been announced for October 18-21. General admission tickets cost $20, with $30 skip-the-line passes also available.
