Here is some unsettling news. You may have seen the news report that Canadian officials are on the hunt for 24 year-old Justin Bourque. Bourque is suspected of killing three RCMP officers and wounding two others near Moncton, NB.
But what does this have to do with metal?
Prior to going off on this alleged killing spree, Bourque posted the lyrics to Megadeth's "Hook In My Mouth" on his Facebook page:
One month ago, he also posted lyrics to a Dethklok song:
Clearly there is something wrong with this guy. All of us listen to metal every day and we don't go out killing people so to blame it on the music would be silly. My hope is that feeble-minded politicians don't try to scapegoat this on metal.
Bourque is still on the run and is considered armed and dangerous and last seen wearing camouflage. More info on the shooting can be found at CNN.
