Heard this one on Gimme's Battleflutes and Sideways Skulls last week, self-described Anarchist Black Metal from Croatia with bells segueing into an explosion of vacuum cleaner/buzzsaw levels of cave drone levelled below furious blastbeats and some of the most tortured vox this side of It from Abruptum. "Guest ambient chops from Virtue of The Vicious": no idea what ambient "chops" are but the atmosphere, bleak fury and crackle of this one gets me good.
SUPERSTITION – Torn In the Outer Lands
The Anatomy of Unholy Transformation LP hits on 20 Buck Spin June 21st, and this preview sounds like some prime new/New Mexico death metal madness. Should be a double blast with them on tour with Tomb Mold this summer.
