I've had the final album from The Dillinger Escape Plan for a few weeks now, and I have nothing but good things to say about it. It's almost like a compilation of all of my favorite Dillinger tropes. Some tracks sound like the Mike Patton era, some sound like they could be on Calculating Infinity and some tracks some like their later, more melodic affairs.
Today's new track, "Symptom of Terminal Illness," is one of the tracks that sound like their more recent melodic output. It's a solid track with a very catchy hook:

The Dillinger Escape Plan will release their (allegedly) final album, Dissociation, on October 14th via Party Smasher Inc. Pre-order for $9.49.
