Oh, hello new Opeth song! Roadrunner Records has taken to YouTube to post up the band's newest track "Eternal Rains" off Pale Communion due out August 26. The track is the opener to the record and ventures very, very deep into progressive rock territory with the extended instrumental opening before welcoming ghostly vocal harmonies overtop. It's the perfect mood-setter for Pale Communion! The only question I have about the song is before today when Roadrunner posted the track, it's been called "Eternal Rains Will Come." Was there a title change or is this just a typo?

"An exceptional blend of classic and modern Opeth whose unified approach is both alluring and slightly problematic."
