I am loving the cross-pollination between wrestling and metal lately, most recently with Slipknot's Corey Taylor being involved in an altercation with NXT's Baron Corbin. One metalhead that is no strangers to altercations in the wrestling ring is Every Time I Die guitarist Andy Williams.
Williams was in the news earlier this year for practically chokeslamming a wrestler out of his boots.
Well, this past weekend, on Halloween night, Oct. 31st, Williams made his official pro wrestling debut with his tag team Pythons facing Los Dumbfucks, a duo that dress like crash test dummies. Williams has been hyping up this match on social media for a while:
The stage was set and Williams looks like he crushed it:

When asked how he did, Williams took the humble route:
@The_RealCyborg fun as hell. Obviously, it being our first thing…it wasn't Freebirds, but it was good!

You're a world champ in our hearts, Andy.
And before the trolls get in the comments, yes, wrestling is staged. Thanks, we know. So are movies and TV shows. Get over it.
