Things are not looking good for As I Lay Dying frontman Tim Lambesis. At a bail hearing on Friday, the judge preciding only lowered his bail from $3 million to $2 million, a fee too large for Lambesis to afford. Lambesis had plead not guilty to one count of solicitation of murder after attempting to hire a hitman to murder his wife. New video footage has surfaced from inside the courtroom showing Lambesis' new defense attorney and his reaction when his new bail was set.
