Yes, just six bands.

Power Trip Festival 2023

Power Trip Festival has announced their lineup and it's quite literally the six bands we thought it was, and nothing more. Or at least that's what the festival website says. The Power Trip Festival will feature:

Tickets are available here starting at $599 for all three nights, which actually feels pretty reasonable? Get 'em here.

Sharon Osbourne spoke on Ozzy's health in an episode of Piers Morgan Uncensored earlier today, saying "He's good. He's doing so much better. I think I told you about it the other night, but now it's been announced; we can talk about it. He's doing a show October 6th in America. It's at the Coachella site. It's gonna be a great show: Guns N' Roses, Metallica, AC/DC, Ozzy…"

As for AC/DC, we're still not sure what's going on with them. AC/DC played their final show (so far) on September 20 at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, PA. Ever since then, AC/DC's social media has been throwbacks and reposts of articles, but no news about what their future might be. Last we heard about the band's future was from vocalist Brian Johnson in a December 19 interview with Trunk Nation With Eddie Trunk.

Johnson was asked in the interview if he and AC/DC will ever get back together on stage, to which he answered "I'm not answering that. Why should I? First of all, there's five members in this band, and to ask one member isn't fair." Trunk then asked Johnson if he'd like to get back on stage with the band for the first time since 2016, to which he responded "Eddie, I cannot answer that. I've been told not to by everybody. It's the official line." So who knows, but I'd imagine we'll find out soon.

Also, shout out to Tool for being on the same bill as these five other bands. That's massive.
