SLIPKNOT Moves European Tour To 2022

An unsurprising move.

Slipknot-26

Slipknot has a very busy 2021 that unfortunately no longer includes Europe in its plans. The band, much like many other artists at this point, has moved their European tour dates to 2022. You can find the full list of dates including festivals below.

07/15 Moscow, RUS – Park Live Festival
07/17 Kiev, UKR – UPark Festival
07/20 Bucharest, ROM – Romexpo
07/21 Plovdiv, BUL – Hills Of Rock
07/23 Athens, GRE – Release Festival
08/05 Wacken, GER – Wacken Open Air

In other Slipknot news that doesn't involve cancelations, the band just announced their tour with Killswitch Engage, Fever 333, and Code Orange. The tour will kick off in Tinley Park, IL on September 28 a few days after Knotfest Iowa 2021 wraps up. Slipknot is also working on their final album for Roadrunner Records to be out hopefully by the end of the year.

Previously, Crahan has called the new album "God music" and compared its sound to the band's 2001 album Iowa. Taylor has also chimed in about the new material, saying the new stuff has "made me start thinking outside my own box and challenging myself."
