Corey Taylor has made it official with his longtime girlfriend, Alicia Dove. The two announced their engagement on social media platforms this weekend.
Dove explained on Twitter just how romantic Corey Taylor can be:
“After breakfast at home, as I put the salsa back in the fridge I shut the door and he was standing there with a ring. Got down on one knee, and I immediately started crying on the floor with him. In our kitchen. In our sweats, nothing fancy. It was fucking perfect.”
In sweats? On the kitchen floor? Pretty perfect! Meanwhile Taylor shared a photo of the giant rock he got Dove with the caption “L’adorilust. Forever. And Ever.”
This will be Taylor's third marriage. Taylor separated from his second wife, Stephanie Luby, in 2017 and began dating Dove shortly after.
Last year, Taylor wrote on Instagram of Dove: "She is the reason I'm happy after being lost for so long. She is a million things… and that one thing. She is my everything. And I'm so proud to be hers. The Blood in my Love. My Queen. Mi Rojo Mundo"
