When he's not hanging out with dudes in bathroom stalls, or playing with Metallica, I guess Lars Ulrich fancies himself an actor. You may recall his (actually quite funny) cameo in Get Him To The Greek, where he played an exaggerated (perhaps understated) version of himself. But, now things are getting serious. Above you see a photo of Lars shooting a scene with A list actors Nicole Kidman and Clive Owen for the HBO film Hemingway. Ulrich plays Dutch documentarian Joris Ivens, who follows around Ernest Hemingway (Owen) and Martha Gellhorn (Kidman) as they start getting it on during the Spanish civil war. Um, no thank you!
