Karens, the derogatory term for entitled-ass middle aged white women who need to speak to the manager, are already pretty terrifying. Karens with voices that are all zombie noises are even worse, and Karens with voices that are all zombie noises backed with straight up metal are just… well, take a look at the video and you'll see.
