Old Tool! It's not the same as new Tool.
Tool released the track "Part Of Me" on Opiate in 1992 and stopped playing it in 1998. Then on May 14 at a show in Kansas City, MO, Tool broke the song out once more. Per the band's usual "no phone" policy, the above video isn't the full song.
Tool's new album is out August 30 (still feels weird to type that), though we don't know a ton about it yet aside from the two new songs they've been playing.
