PERIPHERY's "CHVRCH BVRNER" Video Is One of the Best of the Year

Music videos seem like a lost art nowadays, but kudos to Periphery for taking more than five minutes to think up a fun and original concept for the music video for their track "CHVRCH BVRNER." The video sees a bunch of kids, put on masks featuring the likenesses of all the members of the band to rob a bank. The video was directed by Justin Reich. Guitarist Jake Bowen describes the video thusly:

“Our video for ‘CHVRCH BVRNER‘ is a bit of a strange concept. It’s one where kids grow up too fast and the irresistible power of money converge. We teamed up with director Justin Reich to bring this bizarre reality to life and he did a fantastic job.”

The track comes from their most recent release, Periphery IV: Hail Stan, out now.
