Alright, look. I know it's fun to hate on Nickelback. It's easy to do, and I've never been a fan of the band. Hell, I'm still not a fan of the band, but Nickelback's new song "Feed The Machine" off the album of the same name has some surprisingly good riffs.
Seriously, check it out above and tell me that at the very least the riffs aren't the worst thing ever. The vocals and solos are whatever like you'd expect, but the introductory riffs bits, man. Am I rightfully surprised? Or is this just a case of being used to such terrible output that any semblance of quality is a shock?
