France's Nephren-Ka is an up-and-coming technical death metal band that eschews the subgenre's lyrical focus on horrific subject matter for the sci-fi trappings of Frank Herbert's legendary space opera Dune. The band's debut album, The Fall of Omnius, was released last year on Kaotoxin Records, and Metal Injection is premiering the lyric video for the track "Praise Shai Hulud." Like its namesake, this pulverizing track is an unstoppable beast that destroys anything foolish enough to get in its path.
