Ever since Metallica began touring on Hardwired to Self Destruct, people have been asking when they would debut "Spit Out The Bone." It's been a bit of a wait, though last night at The O2 Arena in London, the band gave everyone what they've been asking for. Metallica finally broke out the heavy, thrash-laden "Spit Out The Bone" and it's exactly as heavy as everyone was hoping it'd be in a live setting!
