Acts like Clutch or Queens of the Stone Age helped bridge the gap between the two genres, yet attention has inevitably been brushed to other subgenres. Fortunately, there's still artists passionate enough to push for this overlooked scene. Breathing life back into that heavy blues/stoner rock style, Holy Death Trio fuses the likes of early Rush, Black Sabbath, and Fu Manchu in the heart of the Texas.
