FEAR FACTORY Announces New Vocalist

It's time for Milo Silvestro.

After an eternity of teasing and talking about it, Fear Factory has announced their vocalist as the person the Internet thought it would be – Milo Silvestro. "It's time to introduce the world to our new vocalist," said Fear Factory guitarist Dino Cazares. "The search was long and meticulous, but I know for sure we got the right guy.

"It is a big week for us in Fear Factory as we make our final preparations for our return to the live stage touring across the US, beginning February 25th on the 'Rise Of The Machine' tour. We can't wait to get out on the road and start kicking some ass."

"This is a huge opportunity for me," said Silvestro. "I've been a fan of the band for many years and it feels very surreal but I'm excited to be part of it. I know I have some massive shoes to fill but I'm here to do it in the best way possible and give justice to the vocal legacy of this legendary band."

Check out the documentary on recruiting Silvestro above, and catch Fear Factory on the road with Static-X and Dope at one of the dates below. Fear Factory also recently re-signed to their old label Nuclear Blast for a new album coming potentially this year.

"This is a new year and a new chapter for Fear Factory," Cazares said. "We are off to a great start because we have re-signed with Nuclear Blast Records and our A&R legend Monte Conner, who originally signed the band in 1992. It is a great feeling to be with a label that gets us and who has always had our backs, especially when we needed them the most. Prepare for the future of Fear Factory."
