"When making this music video I put a lot of thought into inferring a fake sub-context," sand Dumb Waiter member and music video animator Nick Crider. "Deity-like characters and false symbology were used to create a sense of worshiping and a gravitation to an empty narrative. In other words, If you don't get the narrative's deeper meaning don't worry, there is nothing to get. The process of editing is similar to the style Dumb Waiter where you write it and poke at it until it fits. Most of the video was shot in or around Palm Springs, CA. and in my personal quarantine zone in Richmond, VA. "
