Demonstealer will release their new EP The Holocene Termination on December 2 and is now streaming the crushing title track. The track features drummer Eugene Ryabchenko (Fleshgod Apocalypse), bassist Jeff Hughell (Six Feet Under), and guitarist Nick Padovani (Equipoise) for maximum shred.
"I've been working on this EP for over a year and am beyond excited to release the first single to the world. It was an absolute pleasure and honour to work with these musicians," said Demonstealer mastermind Sahil Makhija. "I've been following their individual careers for a while and to be able to have them all feature on this song was quite something. Each musician brought something to the song that just took it to the next level. My only brief to them was don't hold back, do what you think fits the song.
"Eugene delivered some absolutely killer drumming while Jeff has played some really musical and interesting bass lines and if I'm being honest I think Nick's solo is my favorite solo of all time. He really hit the right notes (pun intended). This song is one of the more melodic tracks on the EP and lyrically it's about the end of the human race as we know it."
