Dave Grohl is up for anything – be it helping Tenacious D put out a new album, performing an Adele cover with his daughter, joining Guns N Roses on stage, or taking over a late night talk show, Grohl is game.
Jazz collective Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue invited Grohl up on stage for a unique cover at their September 15th appearance at The Greek Theatre in Los Angeles, CA. Grohl got behind the drumkit for a very, very unique cover of the classic Nirvana tune, "In Bloom."
Grohl recently covered Nirvana with his former bandmate, Krist Novaselic and when fans complained of a Nirvana reunion without Kurt, Krist joked that they keep trying to contact Kurt but he won't return their calls. Classic Krist!
