It's Black Friday and, seriously, is there any other day more fitting for a bit of goth? Ludovico Technique has been gracing us with the bleakest of onslaughts all year long and "Noise Is Gone" is the last one for 2021. Rhythmic and engaging, the track is passionate, intelligent, and not your run of the mill modern industrial blithering that all too many artists put out. As always, Ben V.'s deep, sensual vocal tone is used to draw you in to this song. But, like following voices down a dark hallway in a horror movie, this may or may not be a trap.
This year has seen Ludovico Technique really exploring their sound and branching into new arenas – breaking away from being strictly goth/industrial. From going almost blackened on "Burn Everything", to soul crushingly somber on "I Was", to what is possible the most goth thing ever on "Haunted", Ludovico Technique has really stretched their dark shadow and given us a new treat at every turn.
