Avenged Sevenfold's Breakdown series has been a really interesting look at how the band composes their songs. The latest one they tackled is "Paradigm" from their latest record The Stage. The band does an excellent job at really taking out the individual tracks in "Paradigm" and explaining why they did what they did, and how each component works with the rest of what's going on in the track.
