Archspire, one of the Big Four of technical death metal depending on who you ask, has some tips for you on eating well while touring. Archspire teamed up with Digital Tour Bus to show everyone how they prepare steak and wine before the show, and it's about as classy as things get on the road. So not exactly a five-star experience, but hey – it works!
