Sepultura guitarist Andreas Kisser is working on a potential follow-up solo effort to his 2009 double album Hubris I & II. The double album was nominated in 2010 for the Best Brazilian Rock Album category at the Latin Grammys, and featured then-Sepultura drummer Jean Dolabella.
Kisser tells Talking Bollocks he's got about 12 to 15 songs for his next solo album, but has no real plans for releasing them.
"I don't have plans, but I have a demo with around 12 to 15 songs for a next solo album," he said. "The only thing I really need to have time to go and really work on it and choose the songs and work on the stuff. But so far, no plans. But for sure, sooner than later, I wanna start working on it to put out something new. It would be cool."
In the meantime, you can watch Kisser shred through some Sepultura songs with their recent live at home series.
