Well folks, it's time to get high on some High on Fire! Producer Kurt Ballou (also of Converge fame) is working on the record with the band at his studio, GodCity. The band is currently recording, and Kurt posted the below photo album of High on Fire tracking some new jams over the course of the last month. Check it out and try not to freak out too hard that guitarist and vocalist Matt Pike is wearing a shirt in all the photos. He's pretty much unrecognizable!
We've heard rumors the album will be out in June. The album will be the first time we've heard anything new from the group in two years, and if we're not counting 2013's "Slave the Hive" song then 2012's De Vermis Mysteriis full length was the last! Bring forth the fire!
