Killswitch Engage revealed that they were tracking a new album whilst out on the road in early February, and now vocalist Jesse Leach is getting in on the action.
According to his Instagram, he's currently demoing the new material in his apartment, and he'll be hitting the studio for the new album within the next two weeks.
Why you don’t track vocals in your underwear because the vocal booth you built has no air circulation?! Yeah sorta left that detail out when I built it, but hell it works ha ha ghetto fabulous living! Seriously though it’s gets crazy hot in that thing after about 10 minutes. I legit have to take a quick break and towel off. Sweating out the toxins and getting demos done! I’m headed to California in just over a week to begin the process of laying down vocals with Adam D for the new KSE album! Gotta put in that work and get shit done! Yes I’m ridiculous. ???✌? #KseDemosSessions #killswitchengage #DIYvocalBooth #NoCirculation #SweatBox #GettingShitDone #PutInWork #HomeStudio #JesseLeach #Metal #PunkRockHeadbanger #LoveWhatYouDo #HappyFace #Stoked
This is also the first time since 2004's The End Of Heartache and 2006's As Daylight Dies that Killswitch Engage will put out a new record within two years of the last one. That is if this new one comes out in 2018.
