Between 2007 and 2013, Impending Doom released five albums. That's a new album about every 1.5 years, so a four year gap between albums is totally unheard of by now. The bad news is that it'll definitely be four years between 2013's Death Will Reign and whatever comes next, but the good news is that there will definitely be another album!
We posted in August about the band appearing to demo music and that new material may be coming, but now the band has confirmed there will absolutely be a new album in 2017! So that's just another release to be stoked about next year, right?
