Guns N' Roses released two Chinese Democracy B-sides – "Absurd" and "Hard Skool" – in 2021, and it looks like they've got more. According to Blabbermouth, Guns N' Roses is expected to release a third Chinese Democracy B-side named "Perhaps" on Friday, August 11, thanks to a leaked pre-save link.

And sure, I guess it makes sense from a (cynical) business perspective to keep releasing Chinese Democracy B-sides. It's streaming revenue, it keeps the band's name in the headlines while they've got shows lined up, and it's stuff they've already written that just needs to be tweaked by the current lineup.

But from a fan perspective, it'd be really nice if we got actually new Guns N' Roses. Slash and Duff McKagan rejoining the band in 2016 was a huge deal, and all we've gotten so far is reworked material from an album that didn't feature either of them. Maybe there's new, original material written by the current lineup in the works (and there certainly seems to be), but we'll see what happens.
