Down was interviewed at this year's Rock On The Range festival, which happened a few weeks ago by Artisan News, about the upcoming release of their next EP. The release is set to be the first of four EPs, set to be release in the next few years, all which showcase different aspects of Down's sound. I'm pretty interested as Phil Anselmo says their upcoming EP is "very stripped down" and will be as raw sounding as their Black Sabbath and Saint Vitus influences. Phil also says that each EP will "have its own life" with each one being "unique" but still "classic Down".
