Cryptopsy began down their path of having no record label with their 2015 EP The Book of Suffering (Tome 1). The band has since performed tons of shows, but now it's time for them to settle down and begin work on what I assume will be called The Book of Suffering (Tome 2).
It appears the band is in the writing stages of Tome 2, so I wouldn't expect anything anytime soon, though the prospect of new Cryptopsy is always exciting!
