QUEENSRŸCHE To Play Their First EP & Album On 2024 Tour With ARMORED SAINT

Old school fans, rejoice!

Queensryche-02752

Queensrÿche is set to embark on a groundbreaking tour in 2024, performing their classic debut album The Warning and their self-titled EP in their entirety for the first time ever. The tour, aptly named "The Origins Tour," will kick off on March 22, 2024, in Houston, Texas, at Hell's Heroes Festival, and will run until May 12, 2024, in Ft. Meyers, Florida.

The tour will also feature Armored Saint as special guest for most of the dates, turning the trek into a rare opportunity to see two of the two bands performing together on the same stage, which hasn't happened since 2016.

"We are thrilled to bring to you The Origins Tour!" said Queensrÿche frontman Todd La Torre. "This will be the first time in Queensrÿche's history that the EP and The Warning will be performed live in their entirety. And to make this an even more stellar tour, we are so excited that our great friends and legendary metallers Armored Saint will be joining us as direct support. We are all proud to bring you this touring package and we can't wait to see you on the road."

Armored Saint vocalist John Bush added: “Hello Saint fans, We are happy to announce that we will be hitting the road again in March 2024 to team up with our good friends and one amazing band, the mighty Queensrÿche! Playing shows with them is always inspiring and a lot of fun. The tour hits lots of cities we haven’t played in a while including dates in Canada! Come on out and watch two classic metal bands bring the house down every night! If it’s anything like the 2016 tour we did together, it’s gonna be one hell of a ride! Until then, we are writing brand new music which is sounding amazing! Thanks as always to our loyal fan base. We’ll see ya soon!”

The tour marks a special occasion for Queensrÿche fans, who have long held a deep appreciation for the band's early work. The Warning and their self-titled EP were instrumental in shaping the sound of progressive metal, and their influence on the genre is undeniable.
